While COVID 19 incidence continues high and Johnson county remains a “hot spot”, Gov. Reynolds has rescinded most of the closures. We have begun to reopen the Guild House with careful adherence to masking, social distancing, and careful sanitation. Many groups are using ZOOM. Contact the group chair. |

The MWA conference: Uncommon Threads is hosted by the Craft Guild of Iowa City. Confernence opportunities include classes, vendors, fashion show, members and guild exhibits, as well as keynote speakers, Amy Norris and John Mullarkey. An exhibit, "Fiber Artists of Iowa" will be shown at the Faulconer Gallery of Grinnell College from June 14-July 30, 2019. There will be preconference classes available 6/17-19, 2019.
